I have a 1911 A1 U.S. Army, United States Property .45 caliber Colt automatic made by Colt's PT.F.A. MFG Co. which has an adjustable rear sight manufactured by Micro. I am looking for an instruction sheet(s) for adjusting the sight. All suggestions, etc. would be super appreciated. Thanks

Weiner42,
I don't know about an instruction sheet, but if it's like mine...
Turning the screw on the right side of the sight clockwise will move the sight blade, and, hence the bullet strike, to the left. If you watch closely and turn several clicks, you can see it move.
Turning the screw in the top of the sight clockwise will move the sight and bullet strike down.
I haven't looked recently, but I think there might be an allen headed set screw under the sight platform to lock the sight in place. If it is there, you will have to take the elevation screw all the way out and lift up the sight platform to see it. If the platform won't tilt up enough, you'll have to push out the pivot pin the platform rotates on and take the platform all the way off. I wouldn't do this unless the sight seems loose or is very off-center.
Hope this helps.
Good Shooting :)
