Hello To All, I have a quick question on a R.I. I just recently upgraded with some well known parts, adj. trigger, hammer, sear, tail, sights and etc (wilson, kings, brown). My problem is I hear a little click when I depress the trigger about an 1/8" but every thing else seems to be working well and it goes bang. Oh, by the way this is one of the most professional forums I have encountered. Keep up the good work.

Sounds like the disconnector.
Smooth up around the head taking down the cast marks, but don't touch the top of the disconnector head itself. Next smooth up the paddle where it contacts the trigger bow, as well as the surface where the sear spring rides, be careful not to change the angle here its important for the proper function. Next make sure there's a smooth angle on the sear spring leaf that contacts the disconnector, put one on the leaf that contacts the sear too. Use a med-fine stone for this, or some 400+ emory cloth/sandpaper.
Smooth off the edges on top of the paddle, what we're trying to do is to get rid of all the sharp edges, just don't take too much off. Just kiss the edges.
Take the sear and do the same with the legs, that's the part that contacts the diconnector. Just kiss the edges to remove anything sharp.
