View Full Version : What Size Drill Bits Fit in Plunger Tube?

Greetings,

I believe I may need to ream a newly installed Ed Brown plunger tube. What size drill bits could I use to do this? The plungers stick in the plunger tube.

Small diameter drill bits make lousy reamers. They tend to flex too much to work well except for removing surface crud/dirt.
The pin diameters are 0.107 – 0.004. A #36 is 0.1065.
