I just gave a deposit on a .9mm govt. mod. in very good condition the asking price was $950.00 but on tuesday I'll talk to the owner of the shop and as I'm a very good customer I'm sure I can get at least $50.00 off. It has no box or paper's but it come's with two mag's.

Nice pistol! Congrats. I'd love to have a fullsize 9mm.
Per proofhouse, best i can do is post-1977. My best guess (based on numbers produced) would be '79-'81:
