Bought an Ithaca

Looks like a nice pistol. It will be interesting to see what the mag release really looks like when you get it. The pictures seem to be a bit less than perfect, so who knows what's going on.

Check www.coolgunsite.com for the serial number on the Ithaca to see if it's ccorrect. So far from the picture, it's looks to be a good price. I agree with Bob about the picture. The half of the slide looks to have a unusual tint.

Hi

My guess is that the front of the pistol has been in contact with that holster for a *long* time. Parkerize responds to oil. It will be interesting to see how the pistol looks after a quick clean and a bit of oil on the finish.

By the first few pictures, I looks like the slide and frame are not original to each other.
