Looking for aftermarket parts for my RIA Hicap 1911

Where is the best place to get drop in parts for my RIA HICAP 1911
looking for trigger, magwell, sights, beavertail, ext. slidelock, and ambi safety
will the paraord parts work for the RIA?

"Drop-in" has a tendancy to mean "drop in to your local gunsmith". <G> The only widebody-specific parts on your list would be the trigger and magwell - otherwise, the mags and magazine release assembly are the only non-standard 1911 parts. (Oh, and the grips.)

RIA (link in the sponsor-bar at the top of the page) has replacement parts - not sure about a hi-cap magwell, but I expect the Tactical beavertail and ambi-safety will work just fine. (Not drop-in - think Wilson has the drop-in beavertail.)
