Gold Cup Super Elite value?

Anybody have a suggestion as to how to determine an approximate value of a Gold Cup Super Elite? 38 Super (of course), has been shot, but probably 97-98%, with original box and goodies.

Very scarce. Really hard to say.....but my guess would begin at 1350 .......1650 on a good day. It really depends how bad someone wants it and if a bidding war happens.

I would say Paul is pretty close on his estimation.
I have the same pistol in about the same shape as yours and I paid about $1400 (IIRC) early last year.
I have had it out once and mine is staying where it is.

I think paul is on the money 1200-1500. I think the high range would be a NIB price point.

I did try to do a search at GunBroker for completed auctions, but there hasn't been one recently. I recall one going thru a year or so ago that got into the proverbial bidding war and the crazy thing went to $2500 and change - I wish I had a list of those bidders. :D
