I shoot with my right thumb resting on the safety. Most of the time this works great.
However, If I pull the gun fast sometimes I dont get a "perfect" grip and the slide will nick me.

I saw a thread where someone was offering thumb safetys that were "lowered" They had a 2 versions, a mid range, and a very low one.
But it didnt offer a link.

The pistol in question is a Kimber DW. As you know it comes with the ambi-safety. This is not an issue and I would take a lowered safety that was not an ambi setup.

Thanks,,
