I am not sure if they etch or not but take a look here. http://www.carboncreations.com/
Looking at their site, it looks like a few in their gallery have designs on them.

I also saw that one of the sponsors above, Gungips, does etching. There web page says, "Custom, Laser Etched Gun Grips is our specialty!"
