FYI- EGW engraved Caspian recoil spring plug

I just got my engraved Caspian "C" monogram recoil spring plug from EGW, and I thought I'd share a pic or two for those who are interested in the EGW monogram recoil spring plugs. (I'm new to this forum, so I haven't figured out how to embed a pic in the thread yet, so I have links instead). Enjoy.

They will engrave whatever you want, your initials, etc. But keep in mind, the area is small, don't ask for your ...portrait.

I was thinking more on the lines of the Mona Lisa or the Last Supper John, nothing too detailed or complicated. :D

The mongram barrel bushing & recoil plug is normally $50, and they have various single letters in stock that are included in that price, but my request was a custom item that they had not attempted before. So, their was an extra cost of $50 for the CNC-based engraving ($100 total). Not cheap, but I wanted something unique...

I can see Hunter paying those 100$ for the Colt pony. In that way, even his targets will know what he is shooting them with. :p

The Colt pony would be an excellent idea! I wonder what symbol would be appropriate for my Series II Kimber? Maybe a mini-close up of the slide with a three point jam!
Just kidding...my pistol runs great,even with the external extractor. By the way...Wolff sells extractor springs for the external extractor Kimber. If there are any people who are having trouble with FTF or FTE try one of the Wolff spring packs specifically for the Kimbers. Even though I've never had a problem with mine I thought it was a good idea to pick up a three pack. Wolff claims these spring take care of ejection problems associated with the Kimbers.
