Hi
What are you trying to do?
For a carry weapon I would stick with something a bit closer to checkered wood.
For decoration, the sky's the limit. I have been looking at the water buffalo grips with the carving on them .... The problem is that they probably are a bit slippery.

Welcome to the forum. As pa_guns said, depends on your purpose. Have you looked at the black carbon fiber grips? http://www.brownells.com/aspx/NS/store/ProductDetail.aspx?p=5537&title=CARBON%20FIBER%20GRIPS They look pretty good on a couple of Defenders I've seen with them. I personally like the stock ones!

I was considering how good white-ish grips would look with the black finish of the New Agent. Form over function, I guess. :p

Hi
White G10 fiberglass grips could be pretty neat. Checkered maple might also be fairly cool.
