I have been thinking about changing to a flat trigger the fundementals are sound. It would seem that any where you place tour finger on the trigger would result in a clean trigger pull straight back. Doug Koneik swares buy it, and he's "ok" at shooting.

Hi
A lot depends on just how flat flat is.
I find that the edges on a relatively flat trigger bug me. It feels like they are digging into my finger. I always seem to grab a file and knock them down.
Any time you position your finger outside the middle of the trigger, it's going to "cam" a bit. You will always be better mechanically with your finger centered left and right (straight back pull) and up and down (no rotation).
Give it a try and see. Triggers are pretty simple to swap out. If you change your mind, putting the old one back in will be easy.

Hi
Just what kind of "flat trigger" are you talking about. We each may be talking about a different beast. Is the one you are referring to straight up and down as well as being flat left to right?
