In 1968 the laws changed here requiring manufacturers to put the name of the company on the frame. Colt added it to the right side above the grip in time for the S70.
Did Colt discontinue the address on the slide for the last of the Pre 70 GM's?
Did the address not change til the S70 came out?
Did the address not have to move til later? Did manufactures have a later date to comply?
