Questions on Colt "Special Combat"

Does anyone have any first hand experience with one of these? Are they worth the price asked for them, in comparison to a gun from one of the better custom gunsmiths, ie Baer, Ed Brown. They seem to be priced in the same range as the custom guns. They sure look nice! :confused:

Everything that I have seen and read about has been positive on these pistols. I had an opportunity to handle one once and it was a beauty. They are Custom Shop guns and have come in differing finishes, If you can afford on, get it. I really do not think that you will be dissappointed.
