There's a gunsmith business in the Denver area (Wheat Ridge) that goes by the name "Gunsmoke", owned by a very "interesting" character. Their guns are semi-well known. Could this be one of their builds?

He supposedly built a gun for Ted Nugent as well as Pres. Bush (W). Don't know if they ever were delivered. http://www.gunsmokeguns.com/
