gold cup NM series 70 value

I aquired a gold cup 70NM in about 99% condition, all original gun with no mod's, and came with original book and screwdriver tool with the colt logo. Looks to have maybe been fired one time. Would anyone know the value of this gun. I got it through a trade with a $400.00 dollar shotgun.

Probably $650 to $1000 if you were looking to sell it. Sounds you like you did very well on that trade. Congrats!

Let's just say you came out on the winning end of that trade. A Series 70 Gold Cup, all original, in the box, in that condition is likely to fetch at least $800.

i picked up a bushmaster ar for 400 at a gunshow in idaho few years ago
from an older gentleman selling his "collection"
when i fired it, no ejection,,thought damn,,got screwed, gonna cost 200 to fix in now
took it down and found the gas portal control loose, tightend it and have had no FTF since.,.
