I use Wolff springs. A 21# mainspring and their sear spring. The minimum trigger pull I set for is 3 pounds. Everything else is 4 pounds. Don't really trust anything lighter. Jack Weigand has an article on Brownells entitled 2.5 pound trigger job. Informative reading.
