RIA Ambi thumb safety

I have a RIA 45 GI model.

Does anyone know if the ambi thumb safety from a RIA Tactical will work on the standard model?

Also is it possible to order the ambi tactical safety from RIA or any place else?

YES the ambi for the tactical will work on the GI - as with all ambi safeties and or thumb safety replacement - the safety lug has to be fitted to the sear.

Keep in mind one thing though. Even if the safeties come from the same manufacturer, the new one will still require some fitting.
