View Full Version : Anyone here dealt with VZ Grips?

I ordered a set of VZ Grips, but they weren't exactly what I was looking for, so I called them and was told to send them back as they offer a 14 day return policy. I sent them back with delivery confirmation, and the USPS shows that they received them a week ago. So far I have sent 3 emails and left a voicemail message requesting that they refund my purchase price to my Paypal account. They have ignored my attempts to contact them, and as of today have not responded or refunded my purchase. So now they have my money AND my grips.....

Has anyone tried to return anything to these people before? They seem to have a good reputation here, but I find this total lack of response to be incredibly bad customer service.....

John VanZyck is a good man. I am sure you will have your problem solved soon. It's just that most companies are preparing themselves for the SHOT Show, so that means more things to do than on an average business day. I would say give John a call and talk to him.

I'll try again. I can understand being busy, I run 2 businesses myself. Even a quick email reply along the lines of "I'm swamped/out of town/on vacation, but I'll take care of this in a week or so" would have been fine with me - it's just the lack of any response at all that was discomforting.

I agree with you, but maybe John is not there. Maybe he is away from the office. Who knows. Typically he is very prompt.

Got them on the phone today, and although his assistant didn't provide any reason why my correspondence has been ignored, she did process a refund, so the issue is resolved.
