[Slow]

I have probably put 500 rounds down range since I purchased this weapon last year and it is not consistently firing every time I pull the trigger. The hammer falls almost all the way but not quite enough. I can pull the hammer back all the way and it will fire but that's frustrating for a CCW. What do you think the problem is? I have tried different magazines with the same effect as well as different ammo (FMJ, XTP, GD, HST). The weapon is cleaned and lubed before shooting sessions. The FTF most often occurs in the middle of a string but has also happened on the first firing attempt. I typically load 7 + 1 in the chamber but sometimes just a magazine (7) and pull slide back but it doesn't seem to make a difference??

Describe to us the exact condition you find your pistol in, when the stoppage occurs. Where is the round? Where is its nose? Where is its rim? Has the round even started going inside the barrel's chamber or is it stuck on the frame's ramp? Details please, details. Also, does the problem occur with one magazine or more than one?
