Should I buy an Enhanced Government

I can pick it up for $450.00. It has the following:

Blued slide very little wear
Bad hard chromed frame lots of missing patches and light rust
S&A magwell arched
Good barrel
STI trigger but no trigger job
Decent lockup and frame to slide fit
Good barrel

Is this an OK price?

The book says around $350 but thats not from the Houston edition subtitled
"COLTS ARE MADE OF PURE GOLD" ;)

Sounds like it needs some work.
The chrome is your main issue.
Then the Trigger work - maybe.

And how many Dollars are you willing to invest to bring it up to your standards?

I would have to see it to be sure, but the price sounds about right.
