Adjustable for what? The short answer is no.

There is a lot of misconception about adjustable triggers on the 1911. If it has a little allen head screw in the trigger face, that only adjusts the overtravel. Some triggers (usually not factory) will have tabs on the forward portion of the trigger bow to take up some of the slack, but that's about all the adjustment you will get out of a trigger. You can swap in long or short triggers to customize the reach distance for your hand.
