It's Ballester-Molina. They are good pistols, but they are NOT 1911s. You'll find some discussions of them in our Non-1911 Firearms discussion area.
The early versions of the same pistol wore the name Ballester-Rigaud.

I have two,a Policia and a Armada [police and navy] both are great pistols,no stoppages,no FTF of any kind,and as accurate as can be expected with the fixed military [smallish] sights.As John said,they are not 1911's,so as far as I know only the mags,and perhaps the barrels will interchange.
