Brownell's part #849-000-006DA (36.25)/$46.95 is the Smith & Alexander flat smooth MSH with lanyard loop. They've also got arched and flat checkered.

And......Brownell's sells a replacement or new install lanyard loop in SS or blue for (7.99)$9.99. It requires drilling three holes - two for the loop legs and one crossway for a pin to hold the loop. A rollpin is provided.
