I was think in upgrading to a adjustable rear sight I now have the 3 white dot combat sight on the slide and will it work with the original front sight that is on there now?

On the surface that looks like a nice sight. I'm in the process of doing the same thing, and almost ordered a Champion Sight which is extremely similar but decided to think about some more. Now I see this fusion sight which is not quite as pricey.
For the most part you get what you pay for in this world, but there are exceptions to this rule. I guess I'll call Fusion in the morning

I just realized/remembered the Mil-spec pistol as it is from Springfield does not have the Novak dovetail cut. So technically that sight will not work/fit unless you have someone recut your exiting dovetail to the Novak dimension. Front sight height should be okay, most guns requiring a height of .180- .200 then fine tuned at the range for your favorite ammo
The pistol I want to change rear sights on is a Loaded Model which utilizes the Novak cut.
Sorry I didn't catch this sooner for ya.
