I was going to recommend Ken Crawley (Crawley Custom) as well. He usually has a table at the Mesquite Big Town gun shows (that's the only show he does) and the next one is October 20 & 21. Here's his web site: http://www.crawleycustom.com/. Super nice guy. Be prepared for a wait, though, unless it's something really simple...he stays booked up!
