To the question of how it shoots...I think pretty good, this was at 50 feet at our "range"...

comments are welcome...sights are as they came, this was one handed, 230 grain hardball handloads...the little holes are from my .380 mauser...

edit: Went back to the guns shop where I bought it...all they can tell me is the former owner had this gun "accutuned" by someone for comp shooting, then he got transferred to the left coast, and decided to part with it as it's too much hassle in california...my Colt guru thinks it was upgraded by mostly Gold Cup parts...

Hi

Looks like it was fun.

How many mags was that?

Counting hits, my guess is that you shot three or four mags. If so it looks like the sights are set about right for you.

All together I shot about 100rds of 45 acp yesterday, about 200rds of .22 between a Mark I and a single six, 4 mags of .380 and 6 revolver loads of 357...a good day at the range, that target is tie one with the fewest holes by anything else in it...

I always found shooting a .45 better than Golf. Of couse I have Hayfever.
