Another of my Commanders in my small collection. This time, it's my 1968 Commander that I rescued from Gun Broker some months ago. It's a little rough here and there. And, it's missing the original stocks (which, I still need to acquire) For the time being, I have placed some 70's sand blasted stocks on it as they where my only spare stocks worthy enough to put on it! It's amazing to compare the weights of the Combat Commanders to the Commanders! Quite the difference between them!

You've got a nice nearly 40 year old Commander there!

Thanks! I really like it. Even though I prefer the Combat Commanders over the Commander versions.

great looking commander MGC!
I'm having a middle-aged moment, but I think I saw the grips you need for that recently... If I can remember where I saw them I'll PM you the link.

Commander/Combat Commander... I love them all! There have been some beautiful ones popping up in the threads lately, now yours. I love coming home and seeing these on my screen after work. :)
