First, this continues to be one of the finest sites, Forum or otherwise, I know of on the internet. Thany you, John, again.

My suggestion is to ask if it's possible, or desirable to others, to make the page length longer than 10 posts - especially at home with dial-up (rural MS, all I can get) on the longer threads it would be easier to go through them.

That's an option you can set. Go into your User Control Panel ("User CP" up at the top of the page), and then click on "Edit Options" on the left side. Then almost all the way at the bottom of the page you'll see the feature "Number of Posts to Show per Page". By default, it is 10. But you can set it to 5, 10, 20, 30, 40 and even 50 posts per page.
