sights for my sti tactical 4.15

i am thinking of getting new sights for my tactical but i can't decide between DP fiber optic or trijicon nights sights. i will using the gun mostly for concealed carry and maybe a little competition and lots of practice firing.

what are the pros and cons of using fiber optic or night sights?
