I hope you folks can help me out. My NIB SS Colt Government has an oversized mag. catch "Tunnel". I've tried several different mag. locks and they are all loose in the frame.
I'd like to have Colt relace the frame, or the pistol.
Who should I contact at Colt to arrange to have this done?
Thanks in advance, Ray

The first thing you should do is to call Colt at 1-800-962-COLT(2658). Discuss your problem with one of Colt's service representatives. In the event you do ship your pistol back to the factory, the mailing address is

CMCLLC
Talcott Road
West Hartford, CT 06110

This information is available in the back of your owner's manual.

Thanks very much for the info. I appreciare it.
FYI, The information is not in my owners manual. There is a number provided to get a replacement owners manual. Nothing about warranty work.

FYI they were extremely explicit that I not write COLT anywhere on the box. They wanted CMCI on it. (Although it was going to the Custom shop, not Warranty).

Interesting. Although I have never sent a gun back to Colt, I have complained about a part here and there over the last 30 years and they sent the part out in a few days. Now that I think of it, the box or envelope was hand written and did not have a Colt Logo.

I expect it is due to "loss" along the way...

The same reason UPS requires "overnight" shipping of FFL transfered handgun sales.... they just plain don't trust their employees! The proverbial few "bad apples"...
