Changing barrel bushing on a Champion?

Thinking of fitting a new bushing to my SA Champion. Not sure which one to get. Its much smaller than bushing in my full size. Would an officer model work.

Probably not. The Officers (at least as used by Colt and Para-Ordnance) isn't a different diameter, it's just shorter. Plus it has a different shape to the flange, requiring a different bushing wrench opening if tight enough to need a wrench.

I think your best bet would be to measure the OD or your barrel and the ID of your slide, then call up EGW and have them make one for your pistol.

I'll give EGW a call. The bushing in my guns quite small and requires the odd size wrench. It's so loose that it can be turned by hand.
