CCI Blazer Brass NON-Reloadable

I just purchased a copy of the ABC's of reloading by Bill Chevalier (7th Edition). In the chapter on primers he states that CCI brass is non reloadable. Anybody out there know why this is?

I found the answer......The Ammo Mr. Chevalier is talking about is the aluminum case Blazer, not the brass case Blazer Brass.
