Question - when was it built?

Hey folks,

living in an anti-gun state, wherein a dealer would tell a customer that Colt no longer makes any guns for civilian consumption, and knowing how full-of- , they are makes me want to laugh (just moved from a pro-gun state where Colts are stocked nicely), but I just picked up a nicely used 1991A1 with the orm (no prancing horse and LARGE roll mark).

Here is the question: The piece is bearing 2.7 millionth S/N - do you know when this piece was produced?

Other than Yost and company, who would you recommend that works on series 80 guns?

The piece is bearing 2.7 millionth S/N - do you know when this piece was produced?
You will need to call Colt (1-800-962-2658) and ask, I have two 91A1s in the 2.7 million range and one is from 1994 and the other from 2000.

Other than Yost and company, who would you recommend that works on series 80 guns?
