Springer MSH/S&A Magwell Internal Swap?

I may not be searching correctly (newbie to both the site and 1911's) or there's too much information.

I've ordered an S&A magwell for my Springfield "loaded" (older model don't even know if it has the ILS), and am wondering if I can use the old MSH internals until I upgrade with Ed Brown stuff?

Since this is my first 1911 I'm trying to catch up on all the necessary information. Of course I haven't even received the firearm yet (gunbroker) so this is a bit premature.

If I need to get the internals I can order them while waiting on the weapon.

You can use the internals to swap into any MSH you choose. If it has the ILS, and you don't want it............you'll need a standard cap and cap pin, along with a 23lb main spring.
