None of the websites I shop for new guns, have any Commanders in Blue. Lots of stainless but no blue?

None of the websites I shop for new guns, have any Commanders in Blue. Lots of stainless but no blue?

Recently I saw one here in central AR and it's the first one I've seen in awhile.

Odd, here in southeast kentucky, there are more blue than stainless.. I wanted a stainless, ended up with a blue..

Both site had several blued Commanders (granted, more stainless), in several different configurations; NCO's :D , rare first-year's, 04691's, etc.

One of my distributors shows 32 in stock as of yesterday...I suspect that Colt just finished a production run of this model and they just received a shipment, so now might be a good time to get one. $725 would be a real good price for one, in my opinion. Radar, what kind of price did they have on the one's you saw in Indiana?

That would seem to be a fair price for a NIB Blued Commander. I got really lucky and got a SS Cmndr for 600.00 on an AuctionArms auction. Musta been either a really slow day or an extremely busy one!! :D I wasn't in the market for one at the time but noticed that with only 2 hours left there were no bids and 600 was the minimum, so I bid and was shocked in the morning to find that I won it!

Well, the last place I checked was the right place. They had 3 of them and one came home with me. Marked price was $728 but they were having a sale and I got it for $688

I'll take some pictures and get them posted before someone brings gunny out!
