ERGO grips customer service

I have to report that the ERGO grips customer service is one of the best I´ve found online. I ordered in May a pair of XT grips for my commander. They didn´t arrived to Spain due to problems with the mail. At the end of June I contated them explaining the problem with the mail and in less than two weeks I had my order backshipped with no additional cost. They solved inmediatly my problem, without questions. I still haven´t changed the grips, but I´ll do it soon.

I just had to send them an email. My order was over 2 weeks old and I have not heard anything since the initial confirmation. Hopefully it turns out as well as yours did.
