Was Shooting my AO last Weekend and had the front sight fly off and hit me in the head. I under stand this is a common problem. I looked at the slide an could see that the tenon had broken. Though I had suspected that this would happen I am glad that it took about 2000 rounds for this to occur. Now I will order a match sighting system for an already fantastic shooting pistol. I could not be more satisfied with the performance of this product.
