Hi, folks. Hoping I can draw from some of the long-time expertise here.
Try as I might (and I'm admittedly low-tech), I can't find a single photo on the web of a 1911 with a Kings 206c grip safety installed. Anyone here have one they can post or know of where I might find a photo?
My reason for asking is that I'm thinking about installing one of these on a new project I'm doing on a Caspian receiver, whose tangs have already been cut for a .250. I'd like to know if the 206C Kings safety can be properly installed with that cut (meaning, yes, shaping the tangs the rest of the way to properly install the safety). I didn't see any info on King's web site about that, so I emailed them. Haven't heard back yet. In the meantime, I'd love to see photos of what that safety looks like installed.
Thanks in advance.
Kindest regards,
Jon
