It is a C-162,xxx range, which I believe makes it a 1932 year manufacture. I have a factory letter from Colt coming for it. I also have a Pre-War 38 Super 985 w/box, Pre-War .22 conversion NIB, WWII Union Switch & Signal 95%, Reminton Rand 98% and a Ithaca 99%, post war series 70 "BB" transistion NIB, Colt Custom shop .45 98% no box, and a 1991A1 that I shoot. Also have other 1911's of other makes.
Nice collection. http://forum.m1911.org/images/icons/icon14.gif
Shouldn't a 1932 have the long wide spur hammer (C99000-C215083), or is it just the angle of the picture?
