Picked it up today. All I have done is clean it and change the grip pannels - Range results as soon as I can get to the range.
If the Spartan is the parrell pistol to the RIA Match, the Match comes with ambi safety - The Spartan has a SS barrel - Does the Match have SS barrel?
I will be interesting to get them side by side. But for now here is the SPARTAN!!!

Thanks guys :D
I bought it from a private seller. He did not want it after he bought it! He left the orginal bill of sale in the case. It cost him $499.00 + taxes - He got it from Florida Gun Exchange. I paid him $550 shipped + 25 for my FFL.
It is NIB never fired - It is a fair price give that you can not find them around here.

Congrats on the Spartan ;) ! I hope everything checked out fine on it. Just to let you know, I bought the Spartan from SPA Shooter's Depot (http://www.spa-shootersdepot.com) at a gun show last month. They're one of the listed distributors on STI's website. I'm getting a Springfield Mil-Spec from Florida Gun Exchange. Let me know how she shoots.

Addition work in progress for the STI
Well since it is a target pistol I thought I would put some target grips on it!!
I also added a FUSION Mag well for it and tossed the PLASTIC MSH!!!
I plan on shooting it a lot so I wanted to protect the front stap from scratching. Maybe not as PRURTY but more functional.
