I have no clue where to find a compensator like the one that is on the 1911 at the link below:

That is a full profile comp, looks like it might not have any ports. These were popular early on in comped guns, then gunsmiths started cutting ports into the comps and making them smaller and lighter for use in IPSC/USPSA competition. I don't know if anyone is currently making full profile comps.
