Pro vs Basic

What is the difference between a 5" Pro Carry vs a 5" Basic Carry? The descriptions seem to be all but identical. But, the Pro list for $250 more.

From their brochure not much but a Tactical mag catch on the Pro. The basic carry only comes in one configuration, a 5 inch model with no substitutions. The Pro is available in 4.25, 5 and 6 inch models and can be ordered with/without options. I am guessing this includes the finish.

I also belive that the Basic Carry only comes in a matte blueing where as the other Rock River models will have the flats brushed.

The Basic has non inserted sights, standard mag catch, and a phosphate matte finish. At first they were supposed to be a "no-frills model with no custom modifications with a 2.5" accuracy guarantee". Now we'll do some mods (depends on what kind of a mood Chuck is in when we ask him).
