Seaching For A Part

Shooting buddy has a Colt Recon-Compact mod.Looking for a front recoil spring plug(i believe it is called) Front of recoil spring,under muzzle.
Called Colt,out of part,dont no where to get one, lady was kinda short,like she didnt give a hoot.said to try midway/no luck.Anyone got any input? Thanks dmeek

Have your friend try Brownells, either obtain a catalog, or try their web site........ brownells.com or try gun parts, not sure of their web site.
