Does anyone know where I can get a stock appearance looking single side thumb safety. I recently bought a seires 70 LTW commander that some one has swapped out the safeties, msh, slide stop, and sights out on. I've been buying parts trying to return the firearm back to factory minus maybe the grip safety. Any help would be most helpful in researching and locating parts.
I'd prefer Colt parts if possible.

Did you try Brownells? They have OEM Colt parts, but I am not sure if they have the thumb safety. At the moment, it doesn't seem if they do. If they don't have the Colt, you can order the Para-Ordnance one, the one they used on their older guns, like the P10, P13, P14. It's very much like the Colt one.

Thanks John, I did look on brownells website and couldn't find what I was looking for. Thank you for the Para tip. I'll definatley look into it. Do you know if paras parts are made out of mim, cast or bar stock?

I have no idea, but my guess is that they are cast, just like the Colt ones.

Justin, contact Ken Crawley at Crawley Custom. I just bought a genuine Colt thumb safety from him for my 9mm Commander project. He has tons of "take off parts" that he sells very cheap. He's the best source in the DFW area for used genuine Colt parts.

Very good idea, thank you. I'll give him a call tommorrow. I'm thinking of sending it to him anyway for a hard chrome finish since someone already installed xs night sights on it. I need a factory arched msh as well.

Talked to Cindy Crawley and they're going to be at the Big Town gun show on the 17th and 18th. She said they'll bring a bunch of they're take off parts so I can look through them. Plus since the pistol is modified already I'm thinking of letting him customize more for me.
By the way here is what the pistol looks like for those whom like to know:
