Colt Defender pictures?

Does anyone have good photos of their Colt Defenders (both sides) with the "odd ball" rear sight (the Novak-ish one where with the rear tab that interfaces with the firing pin stop)? I picked one up recently and I wanted to compare a few things (like the ejection port area, front sight, etc.)

Also, does anyone have a replacement for that sight? Is it possible to set a standard Novak sight in there and mill the rear section of the slide down?
