Colt Compact/Offiicer Parts

Good Afternoon,
I'm looking at making some changes to my 1991A1 Compact, namely, new sites, new grip safety, new hammer, and a safety lever. Which parts, if any, are interchangeable with the Government model (assuming series 80 parts)? At the moment I'm looking at getting the parts from midwayusa.com (other suggestions welcome though) and they show several government parts as being compatible with my gun. The main part I question compatibility on is the grip safety. If anyone could shed some light on this it would be most appreciated.

Of those you mentioned, all of them. I replaced the hammer and grip safety on mine with some old GM parts I had.

Oops, I did forget to mention, the tang radius is different.
So if you get a drop-in beavertail, you will need to order one specifically for an Officers.
