I ordered a slide to frame fit through Paul at Dawson in December. At first they said about 3 to 4 weeks. Well, it just showed up at my gunsmith this past Tuesday, not bad time I guess.
What I wanted was a Tactical frame and a bushing barrel in .40. STI said they wouldn`t do it, even Paul at Dawson couldn`t understand that one.
The trigger parts are Cylinder and Slide, barrel will be a Kart, thumb and grip safety STI, Caspian extractor, Dawson slow firing pin stop,STI firing pin and most small parts STI. Dawson fiber optic front and STI adjustable rear.
Said it should take him about a month to put it all together, will get pictures when done.
