I know this is a stupid question: But will Colt 38super mags also work in the rock 38 super?

I have a fiend interested in one and he asked the question of me, and since I have never shot a 38 super I could not answer him for sure on this.

I have never tried one but I would say yes they will work!! Someone out there has tried and will respond!!! :D :D

Mamma always said, "if you hang with 9 Colt fiends your bound to be the 10th!" :D

BTW, I use a Kimber magazine and two Wilson's to feed my 38 supers. :)

Haven't tried them but it should be the same. Just like you can use a colt .45acp mag in a ROCK chambered for .45acp.

Over on the Gunbroker forums I have become the RIA expert that everyone turn too! :D :D

Infact I have been told by forum members over there that Ivan needs to be paying me a commission on all the people I have converted to Rocks! :lm: :lm: :lm: :lm:

Thanks to all for the replyes. He was wondering because he has a bunch of colt mags and he spotted a 38 super that he likes and is possibly going to pick up.

yes...for me, Magazines by Colt, Metalform, Mec-Gar work well in addition to the RIA supplied ones.

Was out shooting 38 super today and it ran flawless again with the mags i listed above quite boring really

It is never boreing when I'm out shooting! That is some of the best fun I have.
