Try taking some blue Locktight and putting it on the threads of the bushing( the part that goes in your frame..) and screw it back together.... Wait a few hours and try removing the grip screw ... If that doesn't work, you might try some pliers with electrical tape on them so you don't hurt the bushing...

Bitte schoen.... :)

I would say to clamp it with some vise grips or something similiar and turn the screw out of it. Promptly throw it in the trash and install new ones.
If the bushing was properly staked it may not go back in the frame anyway (it'll be flared on the back of the bushing).
Don't get me wrong, you can try loc-tite on it, but if that doesn't work then here ya go. :)
FWIW, I never reinstall bushings; I always use new ones as they're pretty cheap.

That's what the blue Loctite is for.

Your right Eric, but I think I would wait 24 hours for the Loctite to set. Blue is the one to use, not the red...Pappy

Agreed, wait 24 hours.

While the bushing and grip are off the pistol, before applying the blue Loctite, I would also use a toothpick to apply a couple of drops of penetrating oil to the end of the threaded hole so it can penetrate while the Loctite is setting up. Be sure to get oil only in the fastener threads, not on the bushing threads. Loctite needs clean, dry metal to which to bond.

I am in the exact situation right now. I'll try the loc-tite.
